FAQ
How does "one song" get counted?
One charting run counts as one song, regardless of how many difficulties you choose. Failed runs are refunded automatically.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits are reissued each billing cycle; unused credits don’t carry over.
Is my audio file kept?
Yes. Audio is kept for 30 days so you can download it with the chart or preview it online. After that only the audio is deleted; the charts you generated are kept indefinitely. Only your account can reach it; we do not distribute it and do not use it to train models. For jobs that fail or are canceled, the audio is deleted immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — open Billing management on the Account page. You can keep using the service until the current period ends.
