Signing up gives you 10 free credits, no credit card required. Use your free credits first to confirm the results fit your needs before deciding to subscribe.

Canceling Your Subscription

1. You can cancel your subscription anytime on the Account pageto cancel your subscription.
2. After canceling, you won’t be billed for the next cycle，but credits already paid for this cycle remain usable until it ends.
3. We won’t cut off service the moment you cancel.

When We Refund

We Will Refund

1. Service Malfunction：A technical problem on our end caused charting to fail — in this case credits are refunded automatically, no request needed.
2. Duplicate charge：Fully refunded.
3. Current period entirely unused：If you didn’t use any credits during that billing cycle, you may request a full refund for that period within 7 days of the charge.

We Cannot Refund

1. The portion of credits already used.
2. Subjective dissatisfaction with chart quality — this is machine-learning output, quality varies by song, which is exactly why we offer free credits to try first.
3. Requests made after that billing cycle has ended.

How to Request

Email [email protected]， Include the email you registered with and the reason for the refund. We’ll reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original payment method; the actual posting time depends on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
