Independence Notice: TaikoForge is an audio-analysis tool independently developed and operated by 盅鼓 ZhongTaiko,has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship whatsoever with Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. or any of its affiliates。This service does not provide or distribute any game software, game music, or game content. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1. The Service

TaikoForge accepts the audio files you upload, analyzes their rhythmic structure with machine-learning models, and produces rhythm-game chart files (.tja format). The chart file itself contains no audio data; so that the chart is playable as-is, the download archive also includes the very audio file you uploaded.

2. Your Warranties for Uploaded Content

  1. You warrant that you have lawful rights to use the audio files you upload, or that your use falls within fair use.
  2. You must not upload content that infringes others’ copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
  3. You must not upload unlawful content.
  4. If content you upload causes this service to face a third-party claim or lawsuit, you agree to bear the resulting liability.

3. Handling and Retention of Audio Files

After a chart is generated successfully, your audio file is kept alongside it for 30 days so you can download both together or preview them on the site — a chart is unplayable without its audio. Only the audio file is deleted after 30 days; the charts you generated are kept indefinitely, so you can come back and download them any time. For failed or cancelled jobs, the audio file is deleted the moment the job ends. Audio files are accessible only from your own account, and we do not distribute it publicly, do not provide it to any third party, and do not use it for model training. You may also email us at any time to have it deleted early.

4. Rights to Generated Charts

You are free to use and modify chart files this service generates for you, including personal use and public sharing. Please note:

  1. Rights to the underlying is not transferred by this. Distributing a chart together with audio you don’t have rights to may still constitute infringement, and you are solely responsible for that.
  2. We claim no copyright over the charts produced.

5. Subscriptions and Credits

  1. Subscriptions are billed monthly and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card data.
  2. A fixed credit amount is issued each billing cycle;unused credits do not carry over to the next period。
  3. One charting job uses one credit, no matter how many difficulties it produces.
  4. When charting fails due to a technical issue on our side, the credit is refunded automatically.
  5. You may cancel your subscription at any time; the current paid period remains usable until it ends.

6. Fair Use

Automated bulk calls, credit-limit evasion, reselling access to the service, or interfering with its operation in any way are prohibited. We may terminate violating accounts without notice.

7. Availability and Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is." Chart output is produced by machine-learning models — we make no guarantee of chart accuracy, playability, or fitness for any particular purpose。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service; our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to These Terms

When these Terms change, we update the date on this page; material changes are also announced by email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
