1. What We Collect

A .tja chart is unplayable without its audio, so the file you upload is kept alongside the chart it produced — that way you can download both in one go, or preview them right here on the site. Your audio is reachable only from your own account; we do not distribute it, do not hand it to third parties, and do not use it to train models. Jobs that fail or that you cancel produce no chart, so their audio is deleted the moment the job ends.
2. What We Don’t Do
- No plaintext passwords stored——Passwords are stored as one-way scrypt hashes — we cannot recover your password.
- We don’t use your audio to train models.
- We don’t sell, rent, or tradeyour personal data.
- We don’t use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
3. Cookies
We use only one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. It is never used to track your activity on other sites.
4. Third-Party Services
- Stripe——Handles subscriptions and payments. Your card data goes directly to Stripe — it never touches our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Email delivery service——used to send password reset links and service notices.
5. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request to access, review, copy, supplement, correct, stop the collection/processing/use of, or delete your personal data. When you delete your account, we remove your email, job history, and all files — except payment records we must retain for tax and accounting requirements.

6. Data Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, and password-reset links are stored in the database only as hashes too — so even a database breach couldn’t be used directly to log in.
