- A description of the copyrighted work or right you claim has been infringed.
- The location of the content you claim is infringing (a URL or other identifying information).

Our Process
- Upon receiving a complete notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content.

- Accounts with repeat infringement will be terminated.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake (for example, you do hold rights to the audio, or it qualifies as fair use), you may send a counter-notice to the same address, stating:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A description of the removed content and its original location.
- A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your signature.
The Nature of This Service
TaikoForge is an audio-analysis tool —does not supply or distribute any music files, and offers no public music catalog or search。
Uploaded audio is stored only in that user's own space, accessible only from their account, and deleted after at most 30 days. The charts this service produces are plain-text rhythm data containing no audio, and are kept indefinitely for that user.
Liability for False Notices
Knowingly filing a false infringement notice or counter-notice may create legal liability for resulting damages. Please act carefully.
