How the Free, Starter and Pro plans differ, how monthly credits work, add-on packs, and when credits are refunded.

How credits are counted
- One charting job is 1 song, however many difficulties it outputs.
- In multi-engine mode each engine counts as 1 song.
- If a job fails on our side or you cancel it, the credit is refunded in full.
Free plan monthly top-up
You receive 5 songs once your email is verified. After that, the first time you sign in each calendar month (UTC), your balance is topped up to 5 (it only fills the gap and does not accumulate). Accounts using disposable email addresses are not topped up.
Paid plans
Credits are issued once per billing period and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period.
Add-on packs
10 songs for US$3, a one-time purchase that never expires, available on free and paid plans. When you run out, the dashboard shows a buy button right away.
File retention
Charts (.tja) are kept permanently. Audio is kept for 30 days; after that, previews and zip downloads no longer include the music.
